Current billing model
AdNex Pages accepts USDT wallet top-ups. A page creation fee is charged once. A monthly maintenance fee for each page is billed automatically from your wallet balance, starting one month after the page is first published and every month after that. A wallet top-up is separate from these charges.
Request within 24 hours
You may request a refund of the unused portion of a confirmed wallet top-up within 24 hours after it is credited to your AdNex Pages wallet. Email contact@adnexpages.space from your account email and include the deposit amount, credit time, and transaction hash. Refund requests are handled manually by email, not by an automatic website refund feature. We will verify eligibility and reply by email; sending a request does not by itself confirm that a refund has been approved.
Eligibility and return
If approved, the request is limited to unused wallet balance attributable to that deposit, subject to verification and applicable law. Charges already deducted for page creation or maintenance are not unused wallet balance. If eligible, we will arrange the refund manually by email, not through this website, and confirm the return details before sending. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible.
Errors and legal rights
Duplicate or unauthorized payments, service failures, and deposits not credited due to our error will be reviewed individually. This policy does not remove statutory rights or remedies. Complete the operator details and payout process before final publication.
